  • Maintenance & Repairs - Work with executive committee & owners to conduct minor maintenance, repairs & improvements. These are essential to keep the property looking their best, to avoid inconvenience to the owners, & to keep the buildings in good repair.
  • Service Agreements - Contracts for landscaping, waste disposal, mechanical maintenance, fire & safety inspections are negotiated and administered for the corporation. These contracts are periodically reviewed. We will work with the executive committee to get quotes & develop specifications.
  • Long Term Maintenance - We help Council develop long term maintenance plans for the complex. Prudent financial planning for the repair or replacement of such items as paint, fences, roof, roadways, paving, underground services etc. will keep strata fees stable, avoid assessments, and ensure property values.
  • Inspections - Regular visits to the complex enables us to meet executive committee members and contractors to document & check maintenance work. These visits are a good opportunity to meet owners & get to know them & their strata community.
  • Emergency Contact - We provide a 24 hour/7day on call service.
