OUR TEAMWORK APPROACH

The executive committee and the manager work together as a team in order to achieve the goals of the strata corporation. The manager must ensure that all owners are kept informed and encouraged to participate in the governance of their strata.

• Communication - Your time is valuable. We are easily accessible by phone and email. We respond to phone calls and emails promptly to deal with your concerns. Letters and documents are often mailed with 24 hours.
• Strata Council & Manager - The strata council and Manager work closely together. The manager attends Council Meetings & provides advice to the executive committee in their decision making process. As Manager, we are an information resource for the Strata, doing research where needed, & acting on the instructions of the executive committee.
