Strata Manager, Mark Daines, is fully licensed under the Real Estate Council of BC, with Century 21 Kootenay Homes Inc. acting as his managing broker. Mr. Daines is a member of the Condominium Home Owners Assocation of BC and a member of the Rossland Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Daines carries Errors and Ommissions Insurance and is bonded.

The Strata Property Act of BC guides the Manager & the executive committees in looking after a Strata community. We refer to the Act to make sure that the Strata Corporation looks after the interests of the owners.
